had a great stay at the artto hotel! the location is prime, right across from glasgow central station, which made traveling super easy. the staff were really nice and always willing to help. our twin room was clean and comfy, and we appreciated having a kettle for tea. lots of restaurants and shops nearby, which was cool!
the hotel building feels a bit old and the carpets look worn out. also, the sound insulation wasn't the best as we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Had a great time with friends here! We explored nearby spots and enjoyed the vibrant nightlife. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. Clean rooms and a comfy bed were a plus. Just a heads up, the decor could use some updating, but it suited us just fine.
One downside was some rude service we encountered at the bar. the staff could be more friendly and attentive, which distracted from the overall experience.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, even accommodating our late arrival with prompt service and a smile. The room provided a comfortable bed with clean linens, and the freshly prepared breakfast was a delightful perk. some areas, like the bathroom, could use updating, and the lift was out of service during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient for moving luggage.

It was just a fine choice for a quick stop in Glasgow with good value for money. The room had an interesting used carpet that added character, though it wasn't very clean. Make sure to check the bathroom hot water before going to bed.
